By accessing or using swissmastery.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SwissMastery.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but minor variations may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Order Process
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we issue an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfer. All transactions are encrypted and processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If goods are damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, force majeure, or events outside our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
You may return items within 30 days of receipt in original, unused condition. Bespoke and personalised items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on swissmastery.com — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of SwissMastery or its licensors and is protected by Swiss and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwissMastery shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zürich, Switzerland.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
